Theatre/Musicals
Sudarshan Chakravorty has been closely associated with theater and musicals for more than two decades. He worked with leading directors like Koushik Sen, Debesh Chattapdhyay and also been a Executive Member of the Committee of Govt of West Bengal ‘s Minerva Repertory (2016-17). He also led workshops in various theater groups and organisations including the National School of Drama in Guwahati University and for internationally renowned theater persona Ratan Thyiam’s Chorus Repertory in Imphal.
The choreography and the body narrative that he creates in theater is critically acclaimed. His workshops and movement orientation programs have been appreciated for magical transformation of bodies giving him an edge in the theater circle in the region.

Kohinoor (2018)
Conceptualised and created by Soumyajit and Sourendro in World Music Day was a grand musical revolving around the story of the famous diamond Kohinoor from the mines of Alahuddin Khilji to the crown of Queen Victoria performed with more than 100 performers on stage.
